Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. Products should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular priced items can be refunded)
- Custom or personalized orders

- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items that show signs of use or damage not caused by our error, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@nickscaps.com with details of the defect or damage.
Late or Missing Refunds
